Delete your Playro account

How to request deletion

  1. Open the Playro app, go to Settings → Delete my account. The app will open your default mail client with a pre-filled message.
  2. Alternatively, send an email manually to support@playro.app from the email address registered with your Playro account.
  3. Subject must be: Account deletion request.
  4. You will receive a confirmation reply within 72 hours acknowledging your request.
  5. Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

You may also request, free of charge, a copy of your data (data portability), correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of specific data items without deleting your full account. Send any such request to support@playro.app.
