Delete Your Playro Account

How to request deletion

Open the Playro app, go to Settings → Delete my account. The app will open your default mail client with a pre-filled message.
Alternatively, send an email manually to support@playro.app from the email address registered with your Playro account.
Subject must be: Account deletion request.
You will receive a confirmation reply within 72 hours acknowledging your request.
Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

Data that will be permanently deleted

Profile information: username, bio, avatar image, birth date, country, language, platform and game preferences.
All chat messages you have sent or received within Playro.
Friend connections, blocked users list, and matchmaking history.
Push notification tokens and device identifiers tied to your account.
Reports filed by you or against you (the resolution outcome may be retained in anonymized form for moderation analytics — see below).
Subscription metadata held by our payments processor (RevenueCat customer record), upon request to the payment provider.

Data retained after deletion

For legal compliance and abuse prevention, we retain a minimal set of data after your account is deleted:

Anonymized server logs (no personal identifiers), kept up to 90 days for security and fraud monitoring.
Aggregated usage statistics (no link to your identity), kept indefinitely.
Transaction records required by tax and accounting laws (kept up to 7 years as required by jurisdiction; held by Google Play and our payment processors, not directly by Playro).
Moderation outcome metadata (e.g., that an account was banned), kept indefinitely in anonymized form to prevent ban evasion.

Other rights

You may also request, free of charge, a copy of your data (data portability), correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of specific data items without deleting your full account. Send any such request to support@playro.app.
